Your customers may have questions and some may even request refunds. You’ll need to provide a support email or phone number where your customers can reach out.
It’s important to have an interest in your customer’s success.

It’s the reality of doing business in that you will receive refund requests. Even if you state that there are no refunds due to selling a digital product, customers may still ask.
