Are you ready to build a high ticket niche site for affiliate marketing? In this post, I share how I build my own sites that generate semi-passive income online.
I use this strategy for each high ticket affiliate offer that I want to promote. Thanks to this method, I generate organic traffic and new visitors without paying for ads or posting on social media.
I’m Eartha, the author of this website and an affiliate marketer. I have written a guide that explains my game plan for creating a steady income online. You can grab a free copy below:

High Ticket Niches for Affiliate Marketing
I have promoted all types of affiliate products in varying price ranges. My favorite to promote are high-ticket offers.
It takes the same amount of effort to promote a low-ticket offer versus a high-ticket offer. Therefore, I rather spend my time recommending a high-ticket offer as my main offer.
Here are some high-ticket niches for affiliate marketing:
- Luxury Travel
- Health and Wellness
- Finance and Investment
- Technology and Gadgets
- Online Business and Marketing Tools
- Real Estate
- Online Education
- Personal Development
High-Ticket Products and Services
You can find all types of high-ticket products and services that have their own affiliate programs.
Do a web search for high-ticket affiliate programs and you’ll get page after page of websites listing these offers.
Some of my favorite high-ticket affiliate offers are digital products in the online learning niche.
Online education is an evergreen niche and with digital products, customers receive their products instantly.
Besides that, many of these digital products offer 40% – 50% commissions. You can make anywhere from $800 – $1,000 per sale or more depending on the price of the product.

How to Build Your High Ticket Niche Site
Creating your niche site isn’t difficult and you don’t need any tech skills to get it done. All you’ll need is a good web hosting provider, WordPress, and a WordPress theme.
Most web hosting providers will offer everything you need and some will even install WordPress for you.
Let’s go over how to set everything up.
Choose Your Domain Name
You can pick any domain name that you want. I still choose domains with the .com extension but it isn’t a requirement.
Choose a Good Web Hosting Provider
There are dozens upon dozens of web hosting providers to choose from.
I have tried several over the years. The one I currently use is Dreamhost. They have been a reliable web host for me over the years.
What you do want to look for is a web hosting provider that is fast. Speed is a ranking factor for Google and it is a ranking factor that you have some control over.
For example, by choosing a web hosting provider known for its speed. Here are a couple I’ve tried that offer fast hosting:
- WPX
- Rocket.net
Choose a Good WordPress Theme
The WordPress theme that you choose will also play a role in how fast your website loads. You can search for high-quality WordPress themes that are built for speed.
I currently use GeneratePress (premium version) for all of my websites. It is designed to be fast. There are many others out there.
Do your research so that you can choose the ideal theme for you.
Content Creation Tips for Your Niche Site
Your new niche website isn’t complete without content. Your main focus will be to create content (blog posts) on a regular basis.
This will involve keyword research. For a brand new site, I recommend choosing low-competition keywords related to your niche.
These types of keywords are referred to as low-hanging fruit. It may take a bit of time to find such keywords but they are worth the effort.
You can use keyword tools or open up Google search and deep dive for low-competition keywords yourself.
Utilize Google’s people also ask feature as well as the people also search for feature.
Write your blog posts focused around the keyword phrase you’ve chosen. Be sure to use basic SEO such as H1 and H2 tags, meta title, meta description, bolded keywords, etc.
You can look up basic on-page SEO and learn how to use these.
Focus On Building Your Email List
As you write your content, I don’t recommend mentioning the name of the affiliate product that you’re promoting.
I prefer to direct visitors to sign up for my email list. The focus of your online business should be on building your list.
That is because traffic sources will come and go but an email list is a traffic source you have control over.
There are affiliate marketers who make thousands per month by marketing to their email lists.
You can also do a combination of both recommending an affiliate offer and directing people to your email list.
However, I prefer to create content to attract targeted visitors and get them signed up to my list.
That is what I consider a long-term online business model.
Build One List Per Niche Site
I create a niche site for each affiliate offer that I want to promote. Each niche site will direct visitors to one list.
This may seem like a lot of work but I only focus on two high-ticket offers right now. Keep in mind that you only need to focus on one.
There is no need to overwhelm yourself, especially when you are a beginner.
Communicate with Your List Often
I used to struggle with what to email my subscribers. Today, I share what I’m doing in my own online business.
If I learn something new, I share that. If I’ve had a win, I share that too. It is about showing your subscribers that you are taking action and you want to help them take action too.
Not everyone will buy right away. Some of your subscribers may never buy anything while others may buy a month later or 6 months later.
That is why it’s important to get new subscribers into your email list every day.
Don’t go too long without emailing your subscribers. You risk your subscribers unsubscribing or marking your emails as spam because they don’t remember who you are.
What to Do Next
If you’re ready to build your high ticket niche site, begin brainstorming a domain name, research web hosting providers, and research a WordPress theme.
Prepare to do keyword research (low competition keywords in your niche) and prepare to write blog posts often.
I also recommend learning some on-page SEO. Learning a little SEO can help your pages rank when you implement what you’ve learned.
Best of luck in your affiliate marketing journey!
